'Tis the Season for Peeps!

What's not to love about these adorable marshmallow treats?! Colorful and delicious they have inspired everything from recipes to elaborate dioramas. Check out the cute Easter card I just got in the mail from my mom:

S'Meeps

Graham crackers, broken in half
Chocolate bars, broken in half
Peeps

Assemble the S'Meeps by placing half of the chocolate bar on one half of the graham cracker. Top with your favorite Peep. Warm the S'Meep in a toaster oven or under a broiler until the chocolate melts and the Peep begins to soften. Top with the other half of the graham cracker and enjoy!
